Position Overview

LaunchBoom brings our clients’ product ideas to life through crowdfunding. We’ve helped our clients raise over $125M on Kickstarter and Indiegogo over the last 10 years. The LaunchBoom Accelerator is a consulting program in which the Crowdfunding Consultant guides our clients through our proven crowdfunding system, resulting in crowdfunding launches that are fully funded within 24 hours. 

The Crowdfunding Consultant is responsible for guiding our clients through the LaunchBoom Accelerator program, and providing creative and strategic feedback on their advertising assets, advertising performance, and crowdfunding campaign. They will be responsible for client facing and non-client facing support, software setup, and internal project management. The Crowdfunding Consultant is not responsible for implementing or executing client strategy, but instead, on consulting and coaching our clients to learn the LaunchBoom systems and launch a successful campaign.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Facing Support

  • Conduct onboarding calls and milestone strategy calls to review ad strategy, ad performance, and campaign page assets
  • Lead group consulting sessions via Zoom and other calls as needed

Non-Client Facing Support

  • Assist our clients via daily email support and/or screen recorded videos
  • Provide support and assistance in Skool, our client community forum
  • Manage platform and project setup in LaunchKit (proprietary software), Meta, Stripe, and Mailchimp

Internal Project Management

  • Maintain up-to-date client records in Hubspot
  • Perform other duties as assigned

The experience we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or account management role required
  • Prior experience in the crowdfunding industry required
  • Experience with Meta advertising strongly preferred
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or communications preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Meta Blueprint Certified preferred
  • Google Ads Certified preferred
