Nope! You can begin ad testing with renders before your prototype is complete. In fact, it’s better to start earlier in the process. With our system, you can get real-time feedback about your product from real customers and improve as you go.
Our program is set on a per-launch basis, not a fixed timeline. If you need to revisit the drawing board for your prototype, you can always hit pause and start again later OR build your list slowly as you refine your product.
No creator spends the same amount on ads, and we won’t know how much you’ll need until you test. For our testing phase, you’ll only need to spend between $1,000 to $2,000.
That’s because we only advise you to continue spending on advertising when the metrics show a likely positive return on investment. We take a gradual, stair-step approach to minimize risk, as opposed to throwing thousands of dollars into ad spend and hoping it works.
By using YOUR data from the testing phase, we are able to give you a more personalized and accurate budget.
The LaunchBoom process will give you clarity on how much you are going to raise. By advertising in the pre-launch, we can predict your campaign result using your own data. This not only reduces your risk, but gives you confidence as to when you should launch.
You’ll only need renders and/or basic photography of your product to get started. These shouldn’t be too expensive for you to get. In fact, many of our creators’ best performing images were shot using a smartphone. Today, in the age of TikTok and Instagram, organic content usually performs much better than something that’s overly polished and expensive.
However long it takes to build a big enough email list.
In the past decade of launching crowdfunding campaigns, we’ve found that a pre-launch should last at least 2 months to ensure the best results. A quick AND successful pre-launch (less than 2 months) is extremely uncommon unless you already have an audience.

We have a few different options depending on your product category & level of support you’re looking for. We also have very founder-friendly payment plans available. Just ask!

Yes, although we work best with agencies that have complementary services to ours. For example, we have worked on many campaigns with Jellop.
Yes. Our program covers one product launch. We understand there may be unforeseen delays in product development, which is why we don’t have a time limit. We recommend that creators begin testing with us as soon as possible. If there are delays, you can pause and always resume when you’re ready.
It depends. We know: that’s everyone’s least favorite answer. But really, it does. Whether it’s Kickstarter, Indiegogo, Gamefound, or BackerKit, our team can help you decide which is the best platform for you.
No. While you will learn a lot working with us, our team is heavily involved in your campaign on a day-to-day basis.
